Rationale announces new shareholder

Much like the work we do for our clients, our business is continuing to grow and develop.

On that note, Rationale is delighted to announce that Jimmy Sygrove has joined Edward Guy and Tom Lucas as a shareholder of Rationale.

This is a big milestone in the story of Rationale and it’s great to have Jimmy on board as a business owner. Jimmy is an absolute asset to the business and it’s fantastic to be able to recognise this by giving him an opportunity to take an ownership stake in Rationale.

Jimmy has been with Rationale for over five years, beginning as an Infrastructure Advisor and now working as a Senior Advisor. He is an engagement specialist and strong programme manager, helping guide the delivery of a number of large and complex projects for Rationale’s clients. He also takes a lead role in planning Rationale’s adventures outside of the office, a responsibility which he takes very seriously.

Rationale’s founder and Managing Director, Edward Guy is excited about the energy that Jimmy brings to the business ownership team.
