Strong facilitation ensures a wide range of views and positions can be brought together ensuring all voices are heard and used to inform the development of a programme of work.

Rationale are national leaders in the development of Investment Logic Maps (ILM). These are used to bring a wide range of stakeholders together on a given project, clearly identify the problems that need to be solved and the benefits that would come from addressing those problems. ILMs are endorsed by New Zealand Treasury as a key investment management tool, and we regularly use them to set the foundation for our work.
