All communities and stakeholder groups are different. There is no one size fits all approach to communications and engagement and the approach must be tailored to each audience, community, iwi and stakeholder group.
The key is to ensure all audiences are identified and have a real opportunity to have their say. Equally important is to ensure the community is listened to and their feedback can be used as key pieces of evidence to shape an investment decision.
Rationale are experts at all stages of community engagement. From planning comms and engagement and developing collateral and digital platforms, to on the ground workshops and facilitation, through to media and social media management. We make sure we start a conversation with the community and ensure what they tell us informs organisational direction.
