Carole is a number crunching wizard who has worked in a number of roles in the accounting and finance sector.

She works alongside our Chief Operating Officer to provide support and ensure all our financial information is accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner, to meet our company deadlines. If you have any questions about the numbers side of things, Carole will know the answer.

She prides herself on her ability to provide prompt and accurate information for both Rationale and our clients. Carole’s structured format of working creates an efficient environment which ensures deadlines are always met.

PERSONAL OVERVIEW

Carol is a passionate mum that has two beautiful teenage girls. Carole is very involved in her local community - as a volunteer coach for various sports teams and loves to see the children thrive to the best of their ability.

One of Carole’s attributes is her ability to strive to be the best and this is reflected in her passion for running where she has achieved various titles in both individual & team events at some of the highest levels of performance.

She is an outgoing person who loves to be social and live life to the fullest and welcomes every opportunity with open arms!
