Merry Christmas

Well, what a year.

Much like our clients, we’ve had a massive year at Rationale, with a number of big milestones coming to fruition over the past 12 months.

We’ve focused on building our Wellington presence, and now have a full-time staff of four based out of our Woodward Street offices. Led by Wellington GM, Mark Frew the team are doing a range of interesting work, with existing and new clients.

Back down in Arrowtown we’ve seen our business ownership model expand, with Neil Jorgensen and Jimmy Sygrove joining Edward Guy and Tom Lucas as shareholders and business owners of Rationale.

We’ve welcomed a new family member – Jack Bowie, son of Chris and Claire who arrived May.

We even launched a new website – rationale.co.nz

The year, like most, has thrown up curve balls, hurdles, innovation and opportunities. We’ve been involved with clients up and down the country, helping them to tackle some significant projects, always focusing on the philosophy of turning challenges into opportunities.

We even managed to sneak in a couple of adventures, including a four-wheel drive / mountain biking / camping trip through Central Otago’s Hawkdun Ranges for our Christmas mission.

Of course, Rationale wouldn’t exist without the support of our clients and partners. We have enjoyed working with you all over the past twelve months, and are looking forward to more of the same next year.

Needless to say, we’re all looking forward to a great break with family and friends, ready to come back energised and keen for another year of challenges both in and out of the office.

P.S. To say thank you for looking after Jack, Chris and Claire so well while they were spending an extended trip at NICU in Christchurch, we’ve decided to donate our Christmas gift budget to Canterbury Neonatal Unit Trust Fund this year.
